After unsatisfactory service from another provider, we responded to Shima's Termite mail ad on 2011. Randy provided outstanding service. He was patient, thorough, and informative. Several weeks after his service, he was on a local tv news report volunteering his services to Washington Intermediate library... who earlier publicized termite problems but no available funds. I was impressed by his generosity and have remained with him because of his excellent service to both his customers and the community.
